We have been serving the real estate needs of individuals and families for over 30 years. I started my career working with clients in the north side of Chicago and eventually moved to the western suburbs where I built my client base around the towns of Lyons, Brookfield, LaGrange, Countryside, Bellwood, Maywood, and Westchester and recently have branched out into Hinsdale and Western Springs. I have been affiliated with small individual firms and large franchises as well as having opened my own office and later on being co-owner of a franchise. Helping people move into the next phase of their lives has been a passion and an honor. My idea of serving clients is to provide as much information as possible to enable them to make their own decisions based on knowledge of the current market conditions. I always encourage my buyers to "go for it" when they are on the fence about making an offer and have never had anyone come back to say they are sorry they bought the house!!! When representing sellers my advice to them is to consider the information I provide because it's based on the most recent data released by experts in the field and it's meant to guide them in pricing their home accurately to stay ahead of the competition. Part of my commitment to my clientele is to continue educating myself through mandatory classes to keep my license in good standing in addition to elective training to stay abreast of industry changes and updates. I recently finished training and passed the state administered test to gain a Managing Broker's license. This license will allow me to run a real estate office and manage other agents. But more importantly the classes provided additional education to serve my clients with an additional level of practical knowledge. Additional training includes the prestigious GRI designation recently acquired.  FRED is an entrepeneur and loves working with buyers and sellers.  His business profile includes ownership in a gas station, a local bar in Brookfield, real estate broker and investor, ice cream shop owner, real estate franchise owner.  He is passionate about serving the community and his clients.  We have a combined business experience of more than 60 years!  We put our knowledge and expertise at your service!
